SEM, to big to ignore

If you haven’t noticed already SEM and SEO are becoming increasing hard to ignore. This SEO-themed YouTube video reared its head in my Google+ feed earlier today. Likewise, while on a media market visit to Memphis last week, I was surprised to learn many newspapers and their advertising sales departments are adding search engine marketing to their tool belts and moving towards becoming full-service creative agencies. Its one example of how newspapers are “reinventing” themselves.
